Our approach
No tool vendor pays for placement in these guides. Any commercial relationship we take on will be disclosed plainly, and it will never reorder a recommendation. The editorial position is consistent across the site. AI belongs in a church's language logistics — bulletins, announcements, scheduling, summaries — under written policy and human review. It does not belong in pastoral presence: counsel, grief, discipline, or the preached word. Where a guide takes a side, that is the side it takes.
Who we serve
Senior pastors, associate ministers, communications directors, and volunteer coordinators in congregations of many sizes. That includes, pointedly, the readers who are skeptical of this whole subject. Several guides exist mostly to help a leader say no clearly and kindly.
What these guides will not do
No pay-for-placement rankings, no undisclosed commercial links, no claims that AI grows churches. Attendance and giving outcomes depend on ministry, not software. Any site telling a pastor otherwise is selling something. Where we make a factual claim about how a tool behaves, it comes from documented, common behavior of current systems. And where the honest answer is "it depends on your congregation," the guides say that instead of inventing a number.
